Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours’ notice for the cancellation of any appointment.

Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the original appointment.

‘No Shows’ will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

We are unable to reschedule appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice. If the notice is less than 48 hours, a cancellation fee will be charged.

Policy for Injectable Treatments

No known allergies to dermal filler or lidocaine.

If you are unsuitable for treatment, your practitioner has the right to refuse treatment at any time.

You must inform your practitioner of any medication, recent vaccinations, or other medical treatments prior to your appointment.

Eligibility for Injectable Treatments

You must be over 18 years old – official identification will be required before any treatment can be carried out.

You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.

There must be no active infection anywhere near the injection site, including cold sores.
